Our blended learning approach is proven to build skills in critical job-related competencies that allow employees to achieve personal aspirations and company goals. In addition to the variety of learning opportunities, 1st Source has several Certification Programs to further enhance employees' skills and development in the areas of Supervision, Professional Teller, Administrative Assistance, and Consumer Lending.

Leadership Programs

1st Source selects employees annually to participate in Chamber of Commerce Leadership Programs. Throughout the nine month program individuals develop leadership skills, and gain perspective on the community by having exposure to top community leaders from the public and private sectors.
