The Corporate Management Training Program is designed to prepare candidates for relationship management roles in retail or business banking that help individuals, institutions, businesses and communities achieve security, build wealth and realize their dreams.

When selecting candidates for our rigorous Corporate Management Training Program, we look for the following:
Academic Strength:
- Proven leaders with a bachelor or masters degree that meet a minimum GPA requirement
Experience:
- Well rounded background with active involvement and leadership in school and/or activities in the communities we serve in order to actively help build good places to live and work
- Prior internship in banking or other financial institutions is helpful
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
- Proven judgment and decision making capabilities
- Ability to lead, support and motivate teams and individuals
- Strong teamwork based upon mutual respect, responsibility and accountability
- Demonstrated creative thinking and ability to adapt to change

What you will experience:
- Exposure to key areas of the bank and how they integrate to serve our clients
- Learn all aspects of running a branch such as key information on consumer, small business and investment products and services
- A front line view of back end operations to see how work in other areas of the bank impact this key area
- Training in and exposure to working on quality teams or projects that assist the organization in becoming more effective and efficient, or to develop and launch new products
- Learn about and conduct competitive analysis on product offerings and marketplace positioning
- Job shadow individuals in key relationship management roles in the bank such as sales, credit, and retail to learn more about the services we offer across the bank and how we bring them to our clients
Expertise you will acquire:
- An understanding of the banking and financial services industry
- Strengthen and enhance your analytical, decision making, communication and leadership skills
- Build business partnering skills that will enable you to become a future, trusted advisor to our businesses
- Strengthen your ability to present ideas, formally and informally, and make recommendations based upon your analysis

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have opportunities for placement based upon business needs, the skills you demonstrate, and your interests and performance during the program.
