If you have lost or stolen checks to report outside of normal
business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30
p.m. ET) click on the button below or call 235-2000 (toll free
800-513-2360). When prompted leave a message including:
- your
name
- account number
- when you suspect the checks were lost or stolen
- the range of check number you believe are missing
- the number and amount of the last check you wrote
- phone number (including area code) where you can be reached
the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and noon
ET.
Someone will contact you within two hours on the next business
day.
